The retreat is open only to mothers of children with special needs. While we cannot prevent you from bringing other guests, we do ask that you keep in mind the spirit of the retreat. This is a time for special needs moms to have time to themselves, relax and rejuvenate. Additional guests that are not special needs moms will not be included in main dining room meals and specific group activities.

Yes, a $500 deposit is required to book your retreat. This will allow you to choose your stateroom and secure your spot in the group.

Yes! In order to start the payment plan, you must pay the $500 deposit and then you may make payments. Final payment is due October 10, 2027.

Yikes - NOOOOO say it ain’t so! Ok, we get it. Life happens. Unfortunately, deposits are not refundable. Additional payments can be refunded up until the final payment date of October 10, 2027. Refunds take 5-10 business days to process.

WiFi at sea is great, but please keep in mind that it is not like at home. It is a daily per person charge. There is a considerable discount if you book WiFi in advance of your sailing. There are three WiFi packages available. • Social - this package is needed to access your social media apps as well as be able to message other people on board. We highly recommend at least this package! • Value - this package includes the social package as well as email, news, etc. • Premium - this package includes the social and value packages at a much higher speed. This package also allows streaming and FaceTime. Passports are not required but are highly suggested. If you do not have a passport, you will need to bring your birth certificate.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for peace of mind. It can help protect you in case of last-minute cancellations, unexpected travel delays, or medical needs that may arise before or during your cruise — including while onboard. Travel protection must be paid for at the time it is added, but it does not have to be selected at initial booking. It can be added anytime after your deposit and up until final payment. The cost of cruise protection varies based on your stateroom type and total trip cost. Exact pricing will be provided at the time of booking.
